About Derek Beutler

Derek Beutler founded Beutler Law P.C. so he could help Utah residents get the fresh start they deserve.  He and his experienced team consistently receive positive feedback from their clients.

Derek was born and raised in Utah.  He graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor Degree in Law and Constitutional Studies. After completing his undergraduate studies, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, where he focused on the areas of bankruptcy law, secured transactions, family law, and estates and trusts.

While attending Rutgers, Derek received honors and awards for his extensive involvement with the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur Bankruptcy Pro Bono Project in addition to his involvement with the Wills for Heroes Foundation which he continues to precipitate in. Derek is an active member of the Utah State Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
